OKUYAY Talks, as part of İzmir Book Fair!
On April 7, our first ever OKUYAY Talks was organised as part of the 24th İzmir Book Fair.
Luckily for us, many readers who wanted to contribute to the development and dissemination of reading culture took an interest in the Platform.
The panel was realised with the participation of Sevengül Sönmez as the moderator, and of Yıldıray Karakiya, Sevinç Yağan, and Ayşe Babacan Özer as its speakers. During the fair, we talked about our project and welcomed our visitors in our stand to hand them a questionnaire that will eventually help us measure reading culture in Turkey. We also gave out some brochures telling about our project for those who wanted to be further acquainted with the Platform.
